MDM Implementation Specialist

1. Must have SAP S/4HANA experience and experience with either Informatica or Reltio MDM.
2. Should work at Ahmedabad for 2 weeks for initial assessment and 2 weeks remotely for submission initial assessment (Due diligence)
3. Once the project is approved, this work will require the MDM resource and two database resources to be in Ahmedabad for12- 18 months (depending on project scope)
4. The MDM resource is required full time (preferable) or as a consultant.

We are seeking an experienced MDM Implementation Specialist with proven expertise in delivering enterprise Master Data Management solutions within the manufacturing industry.

The candidate will lead MDM solution design and implementation and enable trusted master data integration across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Product Data Management (PDM) applications, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), planning platforms, and other enterprise systems.

• Lead end-to-end MDM implementation, including discovery, architecture, data modelling, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Assess the existing application and master data landscape and define the target-state MDM architecture, operating model, roadmap, and implementation methodology.
• Design master data models for Material, Product, Customer, Supplier, Vendor, Plant, Equipment, Asset, Bill of Materials, and Location domains.
• Define data governance, ownership, stewardship, data quality, standardization, approval workflows, and lifecycle-management processes.
• Configure data validation, cleansing, matching, merging, deduplication, hierarchy, golden-record, and survivorship rules.
• Design and implement MDM integrations with:
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • Salesforce
  • PDM and PLM applications
  • MES platforms
  • Demand, supply, inventory, production, and capacity-planning systems
• Define systems of record, data synchronization, publishing, and consumption patterns across enterprise applications.
• Support data profiling, migration, remediation, reconciliation, and consolidation activities.
• Align the MDM roadmap with ERP modernization, smart manufacturing, supply-chain transformation, analytics, AI, and broader digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with business, architecture, data governance, and application teams.

• 9–15 years of IT experience with significant involvement in enterprise MDM programs.
• Strong hands-on implementation expertise in Reltio MDM or Informatica MDM.
• Mandatory experience implementing MDM solutions in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven delivery of at least one end-to-end enterprise MDM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of MDM processes, implementation methodologies, operating models, and master data lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating MDM with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, PDM/PLM applications, MES, and planning platforms.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing master data, business processes, data dependencies, and governance requirements.
• Experience with APIs, ETL, middleware, batch, or event-driven integration patterns.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, stewardship, match-and-merge, hierarchy, and survivorship processes.
• Strong SQL, data modelling, analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder-management, communication, and solution-design capabilities.

• Experience supporting ERP modernization, Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, supply-chain transformation, or other digital transformation programs.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
