About the Client

The client is the world’s largest RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) provider. The client deals with end-to-end MSP (Managed Service Provider) solutions and advisory capabilities supporting workforce needs. With expertise and technology, the client manages talent programs that give a competitive edge to its clients in the workforce management.

The Business Challenge

The client wanted to provide 30 of its top enterprise clients a capability to visualize the complete recruitment process, end-to-end right from requisition to offer. The client also wanted a simple template that would be user-friendly to the recruitment consultants and hiring managers and still provide total visibility down to a single candidate for a single job application.  

What Aptus Data Labs Did

We migrated the client’s dashboard/report from SAP Bi to Yellowfin platform. We also created a new metadata layer with multiple views on Yellowfin and used Yellowfins’s library to offer multiple insights on each step of the process.

The new migrated analytics platform helped the client to build and roll out the recruitment dashboard to two of its clients quickly. It provided the client with a template that was easy to use and yet gave a visual representation of the entire recruitment process.
